this will probably happen then it is sent on its merry way for disscusion then back to the goi then all over again for third time by law

Unfortunately , usually the third time takes them into the following years budget. NO why?

saint as of the first they are   on a  new budget anyway but theconfusing part is next tues. that is for the third reading and not sure if they vote on it or not very conflicting opinions on it.usuallyin iraq after the second reading the third is automatic in any case tues will be here soon. imho  if they read and vote to pass we will still have to wait until itspublished in the gazzettee which is quick

Yes, I think there is a 4 day period in there as well, but regardless, the budget will not IMO trigger any RV, so we can all relax.
