THAT MEANS THAT JUST LIKE THE US BONDS AND MANY COUNTRIES -- INVESTORS WILL BE ABLE TO INVEST ON THE ISX IN IRAQ THROUGH THE PURCHASE OF BONDS THAT WILL MATURE WITH GAINS AS THEY GROW THEY HOPE.
(Will they do that at the reality rate or at the imposed rate?) WE SHALL SEE -- I WOULD GUESS REALITY AND CALCULATED AS INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE BUT WE SHALL SEE IF THEY ARE READY TO GO.

Is there any chance that this mday 'person' is actually a male pretending to be female? I head that it's female, but you can never be sure.
I guess it doesn't matter in the end. The character is what it is and reality doesn't matter. Or so the guru thinks. (The law says differently)
