12-29-14 tman23: I would advise everyone to be on alert this evening and tomorrow [Monday] morning for possible rate reinstatement that is effective for 72 hours...I know it is insane but just keep on your toes, we don't know how they are going to roll this out but there is no doubt it is coming...Also note I received an email "it is Christmas time" in Iraq... xmas was 2 days ago...So I am just saying be prepared! And I do believe "time will be of the essence" with regards to exchanging.
