AS I SAID IN MY PREVIOUS POSTS, THE BANKS WILL SOLICIT CONTRACTS FOR BUSINESS LIKE OIL,GAS,MINING,AGRICULTURE,ECT.! THE COUNTRY WILL USE THOSE CONTRACTS AS AN ASSET TO JUSTIFY THE RATE THEY DESIRE TO ACHIEVE!! THIS SHOULD ALL BE IN PLACE NOW AS WE AWAIT THEIR "STAGE RIGHT" INTO A NEW RATE !!! DOC

Re: BackDOC
Well if you said that in previous posts, you were wrong there as well!
Perhaps I am a bit dense, but I am not sure that your explanation that banks are going to solicit contracts and somehow that's going to be declared assets by the country in relation to the CBI raising the value of the dinar.
If the contracts are to loan out money for the purposes of extracting those commodities, then the 'asset' would merely be the interest on the loan. And I am not sure that a bank has the legal authority to manage the commodities in the first place. Seems like the government would issue leases for such things.
No, this doesn't make sense at all.
But then look who the original poster is.
(cold medicine is making me a bit loopy today)
