DC:  Thanks for waiting, it will be worth the wait because we could confirm more information.  Bottom line, in Iraq, there are lots of things scrolling on news reports, saying that Iraq will have the biggest economic reform since 2003, and it specifically says that falling oil prices will not affect this.

And here I thought that we would see wholesale rioting when this wasn't released in Iraq two months ago.  Or a month ago.  And what about those celebrations being set up again?

I know...  In dinarland, yesterday's predictions don't matter.  It's today's that does.
