The final approval for the budget has been postponed to this Thurs. That allows for the release to occur between now & tomorrow (Wed) night.

(It really pisses me off that he seems to think that he can just pop out a couple of vague bits in the hopes of stringing along the masses and that somehow it's actually being accepted. The ignorant jackhole needs to just go away. Hope you read this JCR.)
