12-4-14 R.V. / GCR: Was just told that the 209th country has just signed off and there are no road blocks all is clear we need to see the administration hold lifted off the Heritage funds and transferred into the group accounts.

We are just waiting for the administration hold on the account to be lifted so that we can see the groups start because we know that the public is next.

Yeah, the 209th country just signed off on the alleged 'Treaty of 200" even though there are not that many countries and some of the countries don't have their own currency anyway.  Also, no such treat has been approved by the US Senate.

If I can't trust them to understand how many countries there are, why the hell would I trust them on 'secret' financial scoops?
