G T all excited about the Kurd agreement. (HCL?)
12-2-14 G T: I guess it's ALL OFFICIAL!!!!! REUTERs is Even Posting the Iraq/Kurds Oil Agreement:

Ummmm okay... This is an agreement. Not the fantasical HCL that has been bandied about for a year or more. It's an agreement. Maybe it will be codified into law, maybe it won't.
Initialing a paper that agrees to a split does not mean that an RV is upon us by any means. If you want to argue that the lack of an HCL means no RV then fine. But the converse is not necessarily true. The HCL if it every happens does not mean an RV.
Especially when a full THIRD of the country is under ISIS. And you split off oil and money to the Kurds out of what's left. What's that. About 45% out of the whole for Iraq? And you want to crow about how the oil revenue is somehow going to raise the value of the dinar by thousands of percent?
What world are you living in you metatarsal?

yes this is an agreement that they never had before. with the new leadership they are making major leapes foward.the more progress that the new gov is taking they are getting more trust from the people and they will suceed. as far as the agreenent goes they are now trusting each other and yes this is part of hcl and 140 and in the near future you will see some sort of value change. as far as isis you will always have fighting but it will become less and less as iraq grows eco and one last thing with the fall of gas prices it will force iraq to develop more industries as well as agr to make it a stronger country

But wait a minute....
According the the Reuters news article running around, this is merely a TEMPORARY agreement. It's not a treaty, it's not the Iraqi HCL, it's not a permanent framework.
It's a temporary agreement. Temporary.
What I am wondering right now is whether the Kurds are getting 17% of the whole production countrywide, or just the parts that haven't fallen to ISIL yet. Probably a big difference in the bottom line numbers.
Timber that you bivalve.
