Hi Everyone ! Just a quick story for everyone.
Got back from my local branch after checking in with the wealth manager. She herself had not heard of the GCR yet, so we went together to another manager who had.
My local branch in Ontario will not be verifying the VNN directly, they will be sending it to another branch for verification when the GCR happens. Turn around time will be 5-7 business days.
Yes, they know, and yes it's real, in case anyone has any doubt still
I will be getting more information, as a third manager whom i need to see will be away until Friday. I will be asking this manager which bank they are sending it to, and perhaps it may be better for myself to take the money.
Will keep everyone informed.
