TO HIS ANSWER, "DON'T WORK FOR STERLING" that may be true, The Real Question Is DOES HE WORK WITH STERLING ? iN THE EYES OF A CON MAN HIS ANSWER MIGHT BE CORRECT ! I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR THE ANSWER TO THE QUESTION POSED OF "WORK WITH" ? This is not just for Tony to answer, but each and every Guru and what association they might have to any and all currency brokers !

Do you hold the blogger and the seller completely at fault and absolve the buyer's from all accountability? While I'm certainly not defending Tony or any of the other so-called guru's, anyone foolish enough to purchase IQD strictly this or any other blowhard's advice needs to take a serious look in the mirror. I bought from Sterling before I ever heard of Tony. My experience is they are a very reputable dealer.

Agreed, I also have made purchases from them and have zero complaints. The document linked appears to be one exhibit in a counterclaim filed by Sterling. More of the documents can be found here: http://www.walshlawpllc.com/sterling-currency-group-llc-v-maurer-20-million-counterlcaim/ It appears that this is part of a counterclaim filed against Sterling who is the plaintiff against James Maurer and Monetizers LLC (d/b/a Iraqidinar.org). I have not been able to find a link to the original charges, at least not one you don't have to pay to see, but it appears that the case revolves around copyright and trademark laws.

I agree that buyers are responsible for their own decisions. My point was more about Tony always claiming he is not making any money. And yet, he works very closely with Sterling.

Thats like saying that the people involved in Bernie Madoff's ponzi scheme are to blame. People make decisions based on the info that is given...honest or not. Unfortunately these things happen and people loose a shit ton of money. Tony pumping intel like he is...making things sound like moonlight and roses...and making millions from a small investment...who wouldn't want to invest?!?!?!
