The private banks are out of the loop but the CBI is saying we need you to participate in rebuilding the banking sector. The current banking policy is struggling and the private banks don't know what the other hand is doing thus creating an atmosphere of dis-trust. These banks are keeping all the money they can instead of lending it out which is not helping
