He added that Iraq enjoyed a rare democracy in the Arab reality in spite of all the negatives that are currently on the decline and the fact the service and security.

Yep, they are the only democratic gov't in the whole middle east. The rest are dicators or autocracies. Too bad they don't really run like one. Unfortunately, the US is following in THEIR foosteps as Obama signs things he has no power or right to do....
