11-21-2013 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 IT MAY FLOAT BUT NEVER FROM WHERE IT IS NOW. IT WILL BE ALLOWED TO FLOAT FROM A MUCH HIGHER RATE THAN THAT...IF AND WHEN IT WOULD BE ALLOWED TO FLOAT THEN IT CAN FLOAT AT 2% EVERY 30 DAYS UP OR DOWN. THE CBI STATED A FLAT RATE WAS WHAT THEY WANTED. THE STARTING RATE HAS BEEN SPECULATIVE BUT IN ALL OFFICIAL DOCUMENTATION I HAVE EVER SEEN IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN $3.22 TO $3.86 AND ALSO BEEN STATED MANY TIME CLOSE TO KUWAIT. TIME WILL TELL.

what ever they decide to do float ri rv etc it will not bedone until about a month before the elections so m could get more bang for his vote. m is going around saying he wants this and that but he is letting his buddies do the dirty work and stall. when they come back on dec 15 or 17 you will see how they will pass nothing of importance till the spring
