I'm not understanding the Taxation/45 day issue. If anyone could give me any insight or some literature to read that would be wonderful. Thanks!

Don't be so concerned about giving your time, money and valuable energy away to a fiction ghost entity because they scare you. Simply stated it is nothing more than a rumor.

If they were planning to implement any tax changes it would take the next six months to get it approved by Congress, signed by the President and finally codified by the IRS. The IRS would have to update all their publications, educate the public and professional tax prepayers. Suspect

The 45-Day taxation Issue is this.

For the 1st 45 days after RV, we will all be charged 15% at cash-in for taxes.

if you wait 46 days to 6 months, you will be charged 18-22%

And if you wait over 6 months to cash in, you will be charged 35%

in other words, they want your taxes and they want them right NOW!.

Really? Has your government ever lied to you? Come on you cannot rely upon what is said by the IRS! If it ain't in print then forget it! These people are full of tricks! Have you ever heard the saying "Tell a lie often enough and the people will believe it!" I suspect that the 15% is "withholding" and you will get you butt hit with the another 20% is you are short term! Even the IRS doesn't understand their own rules.

In todays climate with respect to taxes, do you really think any tax bill, let alone one like this would be submitted, voted on, passed, in both house and senate, then signed by "o" and it not be on the main stream news, or any news for that matter.

i am a tax professional and my advice is to not stress, worry or spend 2 seconds thinking over the various tax scenarios. they are all guesses. we will know when it happens. anything else is speculation.

you are ready to wait for the RV until some time (at best) in the spring of 2013 for the IRS code to be completly changed and put in place in hopes that the new IRS code will be a flat tax, I did not know Steve Forbes was running for President again.
