Eagle Has Landed info/ Johny dinaro r you available for comment?

When someone questioned if RV would be delayed til September, drl posted the following EHL message:
From Eagle Has Landed: ABSOLUTELY NOT!
There is an Arab conference in September and Iraq will justify the
collateral of their currency. New IMF rules allow countries to
put the fair-market-value of their oil in the ground on their
asset statements. So Iraq can show a high value without the oil
even having been pumped and taken to market. This is good. The
RV will happen first, and then in September Shabibi can validate
why he chose the rate and how it can be sustained.
This is GREAT news.!

Not only can Shabibi use oil in the ground as collateral for an RV, but he can use all Iraq's commodities, such as agriculture, minerals, technology etc. Iraq just completed a 7 year Geo study on their mineral wealth and it was mighty good news for what he can add to the pot to support a healthy RV.
