This is another great article. This has absolute relevance to our goal. These proxy positions within the government must be filled by properly appointed and permanent Ministers. These are the kinds of articles that I look for. The fact that the government must be fully seated cannot be emphasized enough! A fully seated government would be considered a stable government even though it may not meet the true definition of stability. Once again, the fully seated government is key and all that matters to me at this time. Once the government is properly seated and announced...BAM! Manna will fall from Heaven! Let's get this Minister seated and out of Maliki's control! Actions speak louder than words. Just my opinion.
