well guru jazze says he is full of camel dung. we did not or are going to rv anytime soon.and here is why.do you remember back in feb all we heard by the end on march we have to settle all obligations with kuaitt as per un to get out of chap7 and then the emir of ku comes and signs the treaty. well the only thing that was agreed was settling with ku air. the territorial and water rights were agreed by m but never signed this is why the treaty was not signed and ku gave iraq to pay all debts till end of 2015. anther issue is the tarrif issue its on its off. there still many banking laws not passed . m and b agreed on 140 as well as hcl and erbil still unpassed. the un wto world bank has done everything to help and even kissed there tailend and iraq still cannot get there act together and you really expecct them to rv soon and lastly whether the dfi is extented most of the many has recently been protected
