Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -Khur
al-Zubair and Maqal ports run by the Ministry of Transpiration received
(13) commercial ships loaded with various goods.The Ministry of
Transportation reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com “The
Maqal port received ten Iranian ships,” noting that “Five of them were
loaded with cement and two others were loaded with iron’s dust and oils
in addition to three ships loaded with various goods.””An Iranian ship
docked at Khur al-Zubair port loaded with (404,42 Tons) of equipments
and a ship from Taiwan loaded with (433,70) of goods as well as the Hala
ship loaded with (2,550 Tons) of cement,” the statement added. \END\

Looks like they plan to build a bunch of stuff out of cement. Why not, they have the sand just "laying around."

With the ships arriving one only hopes that they unload them and use the material. If that occurs then it isn't much of a jump in imagination to suppose that commerce is picking up and construction of projects is proceeding. That should lead to a need for a currency that is internationally traded and the deletion of the dollar usage all together.

This is a very good sign. Like aksafeone says commerce is always a welcomed activity. Maybe this will begin to pressure them to activate the "tax and tariff" policies.
