5-3-2013 Newshound Guru Enorrste Article: "Parliamentary: the process of switching the currency when you delete the three zeroes which do not need to legislate law" This is very good news because, once again, a LOP would not fit into the article well, or at all. Clearly contracts will have to be adjusted. The issue that is still muddled, however, is that if the exchange rate regime moves to a free float, how would the contracts be adjusted? On the other hand, if the rate goes directly to 1 to 1 (a gain of 1000 times), then as someone posted...it would be simple to say "take 3 zeros off the debt" and that would solve it. Having said that, it would not surprise me to see the opening rate at 1 dinar to $1 and then a free float from there onward. This runs counter to what we were told by the facilitator, so we will have to see whether he was accurately informed or not. Time will tell.
