Tlar - Float theory

5-4-2013 Newshound Guru Tlar Do I detect a crack or an opening in the free float theory? If it does come out at .86 or $1 to the US dollar I think for at least a year it will be a controlled float. I think they will want to defend the exchange for a while to make sure it holds. If they were to go to a free float, it might go up immediately but it also could go down immediately. Most likely it would be volatile with speculators making bets on both sides of the currency. I think they would be risking the economy to go to a straight free float.

The original plan makes reference to this and suggests, if they drop the zeros to hold the value through a controlled float for 2 years before going to a free float or at least until the value has set in. I think everyone knows by now I've never been on the fence on this. I think they will drop the zeros and defend the currency for a period, then go to a free float once the currency is nationally recognized as a one dollar/.86 currency. My best guess is .86 based on two different articles. The first article was "removing the leading zeros". The second is the one that references the new value being "close to the dollar".
