The session was held seventh regular session of the Council of Ministers in Baghdad the day Thursday, May 2, 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki issued by the Board the following decisions:

1. Approval of the draft law of the Republic of Iraq's accession to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects and the Protocols thereto, and which entered into force on 12.02.1983, and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / First and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution.

2. Approval of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of South Africa, which was signed in Cape Town on 15/2/2012, and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / First and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution.

3. Provide an advance of 500 million dinars from the Ministry of Finance to cover the expenses of the Interfaith Dialogue Conference.

4. The Ministry of Finance to add the amount of the bonus granted to employees of the Ministry of Justice, except the staff of the Department of Reform and the Office of the Inspector General in the Ministry aforementioned adult amount (8768000000) eight billion seven hundred and sixty million dinars to the allocations of the Ministry of Justice of the contingency reserve for the fiscal year 2013.

5. To approve the formation of a committee headed by the Ministry of Human Rights and the relevant authorities to review the laws of the martyrs of the former regime and the victims of terrorism and to make proposals to bring the rights and privileges granted.

6. The share of the province of the petro-dollar per month on the basis of quantity exported in the previous month.

7. To approve the formation of a committee headed by Assistant Secretary-General for Administrative and Financial Affairs and the membership of representatives from the ministries of finance, trade, in addition to a representative of the advisory board of not less than their degree Director General, The Committee shall examine requests for staff of the Ministry of Trade and make recommendations to the Council of Ministers within two weeks from the date of Sdror this decision.

8. Adoption of the report of the Republic of Iraq on the Optional Protocol to the Convention on Human Rights on the sale of children, child pornography and prostitution resources, taking into consideration the notes of the Legal Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. The Ministry of Human Rights to provide the above-mentioned report to the relevant committee in the United Nations.

9. Authorization of the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation, the validity of transfers of projects costing less than ten billion dinars in the service ministries that do not exceed the limits of the province to the provinces not to be advertised by the ministries and contracted.

10. Approval of the request from the Iraqi Central Bank transfer funds allocated for Iraqi pilgrims to the U.S. dollar at the official rate of the Central Bank.
