This is not the entire piece, but this is all that is necessary to see more calls for Maliki to vacate or a strong consolidated intervention to take him out.

BAGHDAD / NINA / The President of the Iraqi Foundation for Development and Democracy in Baghdad, Ghassan Attiyah called on Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to step down in order to prevent Iraq from sliding into a civil war.

Al-Attiyah told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / “There are two ways to resolve the crisis, either a regional intervention to change the political situation or the National Alliance offers a candidate to replace al-Maliki.”…
