They do, it is called the US Dollar and they use it quite extensively. They can, and I think will someday, add value to the Dinar and make it internationally tradeable, but at this point, Iran and Syria need US Dollars, so we are not going to see anything happen with the Dinar until you know who is gone. Just my opinion!
