The reward is oxytocin, seratonin, dopamine and other feel good hormones when you read words that you want to hear......whether they are true or not. It doesn't last, but is fun while it lasts.

The newbies will learn that 99% what you hear on these forums is not true or doesn't come to pass if it were true when it was said the first time. I'm hanging around for the 1% chance it coming true in my lifetime.....and the hormone fix every now and then. Entertainment, don't you know! Similar to going out and having a drink with a friend and discussing what's new and local gossip.....not expecting it to change the world, but never knowing when something spectacular might happen that will.

Just in case there are any newbies here, below is an excerpt from an Okie post, dated 3/17/2012. My apologizes to anyone who is tired of seeing posts from this man. But if this keeps one person from spending any of their hard earned money today because Okie said he's gonna land the plane, it'll be worth it.

You're right aim88, it's been great entertainment and I'm hoping some day this will pay off. But in the meantime, it's been great insight into how the human mind works.......and in the case of the Okie groupies, how the mind does not work.

Wouldn't it be nice if he was telling the truth and was flying (alone) while posting this?? Wouldn't also be nice if the RV was announced...............about 3 minutes after Okie's 747 disappeared from the radar screen and the wreckage as well as Okie was never recovered!!!

That would be wonderful!!! If I have to settle for one or the other, it would definitely be the latter of the two.

Great post, ssmith! We need to bring the newbies up to date pronto so they don't spend money they don't have.

I am grateful to Okie because if it hadn't been his grandiose style I would not have bought in, ever. So it goes both ways.

Definitely, people should not listen to any post that says it is imminent because clearly it is not, until you hear your banker counting your cash, then it might be imminent!
