I sure as h-e-l-l won't be, either way- This whole thing is getting monotonous,and over bearing on everyone and everything- We all deserve better than this, so other than family, what are we REALLY here for? And no remarks from the wise arsed peanut gallery-

I for one hope we ARE here one year from today ... but as wealthy happy folks who are spending our money on good works. The more we spend on charity, hopefully the less the monolith known as the Federal Gov't will get its paws on.
So here's to spending next February 25 doing exactly what we want to be doing and sharing our progress with our friends here at DDD.

Here, here!! I totally agree with you, SEB!! That is so true. When I was growing up, the church always helped the needy people, the gov't didn't and it worked just fine. We did our share by giving what we could, etc.

Thanks, aim88. This nation has strayed so far from her roots, but especially so in what I call the parenthesis states ... the ones along each coast. Whenever I travel back to the heart of our country I am reminded there are so many good and caring folks out there. Working with those folks, we can make a difference in our future. I believe that with all my heart. And you're one of the good ones!

Sadly all too true Seb ... Even some that were more conservative are no longer. Vermont for example. Most of the locals are pretty conservative, it's the flatlanders that moved here out of the big cities that have forced their ways on the natives. Vermont is an interesting study in contrasts as a result. For example, no permits are required either for gun ownership or concealed carry. This in a state that elected the only socialist in congress. Go figure.
