We've been seeing another flourish of posts on Recaps of the "any second now" variety. I pulled this post off Recaps this afternoon. Frankly, I think it's a good dose of reality all Dinarians should consider. He doesn't say "never"; he just says to use good sense and basically stay grounded. I brought the post over for your ease in reading, if you're interested.

The Doctor: It has been a few months since I last posted and for good reason. The reason is just a bunch of bunk out there. My last post stated that if it was a political move from the current administration it would RV in the month of Oct 2012. That did not happen as we all know.

Yes of course we have all seen the very same INTEL from all the GURU’S each and every day. While these GURU’s have called the RV in 24 to 48 hours or there is an assassination attempt on the lives of leaders. What a bunch of bunk and yes we heard that one leader is on his death bed or is dead.

Under these examples that have been stated let us understand that the UN must be notified of anything like that, and they have not been notified of any death. We hear about a death of our Ambassador but not another government leader or major player involved.

Sunday Night was supposed to be the bigggggggggggg announcement from the IMF President. The fact is she did not say a thing that meant anything to this RV.

Yes of course we heard that WF was open today for business, not putting any brain power into that one. So the credit cards and wire transfers went out big time, because of this little statement. There have many more.

Here is what I know based on learning from my team over the past two weeks. Yes it is true there is a lot of activity. The reason a very large debt must be paid or extended and yes the KURDs are fed up with their current share.

A possible civil war is at stake and our administration is very active in this matter.

But based on the behavioral side of things, some of the leaders in Iraq are simply not trusted at all even in their own close circles. So based on our conversations over the past month we conclude that we all know this is the most unstable government on the face of the earth. It is based on deceit. Frankly, the world knows it.

Now, this is what my people say,

1}. There is a major counterfeit ring operating and the IRAQ government does not have a handle on it.

2}. There is a very large power struggle inside with as much as 5 groups.

3} Iraq has stated that they want to be the world’s leader in currency. 4} the leaders do not like each other at all and they do not trust each other.

4}. They could less for the so called 23rd of Feb 2013.

5}. They do not honor contracts or agreements whatsoever.

6}. Iraq knows that if they RV or restructure their currency, they put the US in a very strong position because of the mass of dinar holders within the boundaries of the US.

7}. They also know that when they revalue China will have to be a player, remember China does have its own agenda, that is another story.

Iraq is holding in their hands all the aces some of us think and they know it and unless they get what they want, the switch will not be turned on unless the US is involved.

Think about this for example, with maybe up to 5 to 7 million North Americans holding dinar and many more in the institutional arena, meaning endowments, banks, corporate and more, why in the world would the US stop any action with the guaranteed tax hull that the UST would receive.

Think about this for example: most of this money will not be in a US based bank but rather off shore.

My thoughts are this, I believe that the UST is still gathering information as to all dinar holders and their emails with a type of code words giving an indication of where we plan to put the money.

If this is the case then I believe that is may have already done because the dealers have to report their sales to the government meaning, all agencies will have access to that knowledge.

Remember there is nothing secret anymore. Your privacy is not there and I believe you know it. Look at Mitt Romney as they purged his records and he has a team of specialist on his side, who do you have? Are you better that these people?

Now, as we all know from the last months reports about the Oil find and IRAQ is holding the number one reserves while this may or may not be true, it is still a move to heighten the excitement around the dinar revalue. It was announced and was timed for just that reason.

Again a bunch of wire transfers happened to buy more dinars. As we get deeper into this thing we discover that many have acted based on hearsay without any true factual and documented evidence.

Oh yes we keep hearing that the leaders of IRAQ have stated that they want their currency to be the strongest and most powerful in the region, hence the announcement of their new oil reserves.

What they are doing is positioning themselves for the future, they want to control the price of oil, do you think the Saudis are worried? The Saudis have a very professional infrastructure and they are light years ahead of IRAQ . The Saudis are not bickering between themselves at all. IRAQ always will.

A few years ago I owned a very large telephone company with multiple products offered. One such product was leased lines to public telephones. While at the peak of this industry millions of dollars went thru these payphones and a very large source of income was at Arab owned stores, mini marts, gas stations etc.

The reason I bring this up is for this reason to illustrate what the Arab world feels about contracts and commitment. Yes they put their signature on the doc and yes they would cash the check for commissions but they would also destroy the phones lines whenever they felt like doing so.

Then you send a tech out the fix it, the Arabs would verbally attack the tech and then when the tech leaves, they destroy the phone again even though there is a contract.

They do not honor contracts and they don’t care. You can go threaten them and they simply say take them to court. Then they show up in court and say they do not understand English.

Bottom line the culture doesn’t care about contracts and commitments and they will stab in in the back as soon as you turn around.

Is there anything substantial to go on here? If there is anything, it is the amount of meetings they are having. But they are bickering so much the value of the meeting is overshadowed by the intense bad feelings and lack of trust.

However the most important meeting to us has not happened. That meeting is at Camp David or the WH. Many have said that this in not US controlled, I don’t believe that for a moment.

Because of the INTERNET the US has to find a way to deal with the masses of people that have some knowledge of the DINAR, DONG and others. Look for an announcement from the WH, when it is ready and of course the WH will take the accolades for this event.

This will not happen until the US is ready and that means they will have to deal with China. I believe China is holding the keys to this and other currencies. They are holding our debt and US Treasury notes. This is a very powerful position for China.

My people are saying they can see the anger and frustration on the faces of people leaving government buildings. It is clear to me that one can judge by the results, which is still in the positioning mode.

So in the meantime I am not selling my dinar or dong or any other currency and I will continue to travel and conduct my organizational behavior dynamics workshops. I will help organizations to build great teams of doers
