4-month review by UN

On November 29, 2012 the UN will have Consultations and Briefings about UNAMI.

Does this mean anything for te RV - probably not. As we know - Iraq requested a 12 month extention of UN assistance in setting up thier government and projects. This is the required 4 month review. It does mean there will be a report out early Dec for us to discuss.

Oh boy, lets see how much they have failed at....

Yeah, and they'll take 4 more years to figure out what they CAN'T do-

UNAMI is the UN assistance mission in Iraq. It is why Martin Kobler is there. He is part of the meetings between Kurdistan and Bagdad where the agreement was made on the Kurdistan portion of the oil money. He was there for the meetings with Kuwait that are resolving the airway and border issues. He is part of the government meetings on interpretation of Iraq Constitution - this in NOT a bad thing.

Some think that even with progress we will NEVER see an RV/start of a free float if MALIKI is still PM. Some believe he has a "low dinar policy". I really hope that is not true.
