....yes , its the buy/sell spread per note. 25,000 dong note is going for 1.21 usd, 50,000 dong note is
going for 2.43 usd...... on up to the 500,000 note.
Do dinar, go dong .......just do it quick !! = )

It is very interesting that it did not revalue as it was listed on the UN Operational Rate Change chart to revalue (up or down) August 1. I guess August 1 is not over yet is it?? hmmm
