I still don't understand how it's on the forex sites. What I understand from what most say, is that it's not a tradeable currency.

Look at the buy sell spread you can sell at 1555 but cannot buy less than 1172 to stop profit takers from dumping and re buying

The way I see it is......Banks didn't consider the "trading rules " when they generously traded american money for the dinar.........cause I for one at no given point was selling them my USD$$$ should that had been the case , I would of negotiated a better deal for my USD$$ lololol........The actual transaction that took place was a Trade for an even exchange at the undisputed rate available at the time........which was 1170, so yeah ........you could say we traded bigsmile
