Re: SHOULD I SELL MY DINAR?
We cant tell you what to do ....
If it were me... depending on how much I had...
If I had 5 mil... then I would more than likely sell 1 mil...
If I only had a mil, I would barrow....
WORD OF CAUTION FOR THIS THREAD: DO NOT DEVULGE HOW MUCH DINAR YOU HAVE IN YOUR PERSONAL INVENTORY!

Re: SHOULD I SELL MY DINAR?
Myself, I'd borrow. With interest rates as low as they are now and the potential that $1000 in dinars COULD make isn't worth the risk. This whole stupid thing is frustrating but I still feel it's going to happen. When? Who knows? Depends on when parliament is going to put aside their differences and actually does their job.

Re: SHOULD I SELL MY DINAR?
I don't know where you are in your walk with the Lord, But some time ago we were in the same place as you. This was before the Dinars, we wern't planning to move to another state until we realized that this location that we visited would fit out needs better. I felt a calmness and peace and still feel this way this is where we should be. We brought it before the Lord and waited for the door to open or close. God knows what is in your heart and what your needs are. He knows your time frame and he will give you the answer! Maybe he has already given you the answer by your mixed feelings. We will keep you in our PRAYERS !

Don't listen to Mr bleak over here. If it actually does RV and you have no Dinar, ou812 isn't going to give you any of his. It's ultimately your decision obviously, but I know it would crush me if I missed out on this blessing. I hope some other options open up for you!

we can't 'always' get back in and there's no way we're not any closer than 5 yrs ago! too much has transpired in the last year even- i dont see how it EVER could have RV'd before soon to now..I would find ANY other way than to sell out at a rate of what, 870.00 per mil?! A potential loss of 1- 4 million dollars at the very least on every mil dinar we get rid of at this point. Nope no sell! Find another way - wait and pay cash when this ride comes to an end!
Come RV!

I'm in a bad place financially as well. I will be putting mine on e bay Monday if there is no rv. I have been following this for years I looked at it as a hail Mary unfortunately you have to do what you have to do to make it in this hard world.

Re: SHOULD I SELL MY DINAR?
Tempting as it may be I wouldn't sell either regardless of how trying the times are. Get creative! Sell something, get a part time or second job. Turn a hobby into a money making opportunity. Borrow from someone who has faith in you. You will kick yourself if you sell and wake up the next day to find out the RV happened.

Re: SHOULD I SELL MY DINAR?
Tell your lender or broker that you are a 1000 short and you need a brokers credit (meaning he pays the short) then you can close the loan and have your dinar.. I am a mortgage banker 19 years

Agree PruenceArt - 31 years doing it for me. If there is 6% going to the Realtors, shouldn't be too hard to get the $1K resolved between all parties. If that's what it'll take to put the deal together, then they do what they have to do..
Go RI/RV..

Re: SHOULD I SELL MY DINAR?
If you have been regularly reading and understand the content of the many posts that relate to to the RV materialising, you would understand just how incredibly close we are, for the RV to materialise.
Depending on your personal circumstances if you have "ANY" available options, (other than selling your Dinar,) then I would certainly exercise those options.
In my personal opinion if you sold your Dinar it would probably be an action that you would regret for the rest of your life.
I hope that this helps.

Re: SHOULD I SELL MY DINAR?
from Bravo at DinarVets. hope this helps you with your decisions.
I got a chance to talk with some buddies of mine last night. Here is what I was told.
Kurd's are playing nice, and I believe we will see completed Erbil Agreement soon.
Not just HCL, whole Erbil Agreement.
That is what the Kurd's have wanted for quite some time.
I feel this is the key to the RV. I have always stated that I thaught that the RV wouls happen about 6
months after Erbil agreement was signed. I am being told this could happen almost at the same time.
I know it could, just does not make as much sense.
There are other options that the Kurd's are still looking at, and I feel if they do not get the Erbil Agreement
done soon, we may see another walk off by the Kurd's.
I am hearing Parliment is busy getting everything in order for laws to be passed all at once.
Budget has been read twice, and is ready.
I hear everyone is happy with Erbil Agreement, and it is ready.
Now vote dang it.
As most know I have always been one to call BS, and support it with facts,
If we do not see some new laws hitting the books after next Thursday I will start changing my tune.
I was told again to hold on to my timeline, they are trying to get this done.

Sorry but as a Realtor, I hate when its suggested I should give up some of my hard earned income to cover someone elses problem with money. As you know the agent doesnt get 6% or even 3%. Some agents are at a 50/50 split with their broker so they barely get 1.5% then take out all the fees and what not for marketing, or whatever is their deal with thier broker and its pathetic. Sometimes if I calculate out how many hours I spent on a deal, I didnt even make a dime per hour. Just tryin to say, dont be so quick to cut the agents income. They earn it (for the most part)
