Yesterday and the day before Studley mentioned that there are many events that are taking place now that had to, and are balanced and orchestrated. He mentioned there are many packages being put together for much needed programs. It does sound plausible.
I am going to believe there is no hold up. Just things that needed to happen for the good of many. I can see why many Intel givers may not receive this type of Intel.
