_8:37 AM CST [FreewayBill] Well folks, it was a very interesting overnight last night.. Determined to go to bed early (2 am) but never made it... Be very excited folks, nothing seems to be in the way this morning and we are anxiously awaiting news to make this a great day! Cautiously optimistic on somebody turning the blessing faucet on... Stay tuned, we will be here until we know for sure...

Nothing is ever 'in the way." What kind of misleading syntax is this? If an action is meant to happen in a specific time frame, and it doesn't happen...then you say 'something has come in the way."
Without evidence of any action by the CBI, saying "nothing is in our way" is highly misleading.
I am trying to fly into space today, looks good, nothing is in my way!
(Except common sense, logistics, and yeah the RV hasn't yet occurred so I can't yet afford to pay the Russians to take me to space)

Have you considered that it's just his person jargon and simply mean that there is nothing technical and / or, nothing else, from preventing the RV activating.

YES... THE HCL IS VERY TECHNICAL... AND IS ONE OF THE MAJOR THINGS HOLDING UP THE RV...

Perhaps, I would argue its more of a 'legal' setup, with an underlying political instability; not really 'technical.' Nevertheless even if it was technical, thats not what FWB was referring to.
