Oh Dear Lord, please help us.. Here we go with the lower denoms being in circulation again and contractors being paid in "new" Dinar. Round and round they go - Do C Do..

I don't know who Mort is,
But I do believe that the IQD needed in all denom's are printed at the same time and just waiting to be needed.
The small denom's are not needed with the current rate of 1170/1168.

They need to keep the oil flowing. Major oil companies are pressing for this law to pass so they will be drilling under LEGAL contracts... the HCL also needs to pass so that they can get the PROFIT share to each citizen... and this would also be a huge factor in the budget...

I do know that staffers from both Alaska's Permanent Fund and Norway's version of it have been over to Iraq to help with the process of setting up and running a citizen profit sharing program.

This RV is enormous by all accounts.
I sit and think about what is happening,and it just boggles my mind.
The benefits,not only for those of us invested in IQD,but for everyone within Iraq,and around the world;I just have no words.
Small wonder it has taken so long for the powers that be,to work through the complexities of this project,and to think,I...LITTLE OL' ME...am so fortunate as to be a teeny little part of this historic event...wow!
