I will be lost for words if we enter the month of FEBRUARY and still no RV. This looks like the prime month for an rv/ri be it at .86 or $3.

IF this month passes and no rv then I will draw two conclusions...

1) many things are still not done even though we are told that they are and we still may be months off...

2) 2013 is RV year with the lifting of the zeroes. It has been told to us many times that is the year of the lifting...maybe it is the year of the RV as well.

I know IRAQ needs this now as does the world...yet nothing. Who knows, maybe OBAMA is controlling it all and closer to his re-election the button will get pushed.
