Patty-I think you are spot on...the RV has to happen to make credit card use viable. One only needs to look to Mexico and what happened to credit card usage when they DEvalued their currency years ago. It was no longer viable and they had to move to a virtually all cash (mostly dollar) economy. I would look to this news are very encouraging since the reverse of the Mexico situation is what we want and will surely be viable in a post-RV environment.
