Do we have to wait for the GOI to be put into print before the RV takes place? I have heard this so many times before but haven't heard to much about it lately..just curious

In the last 2 weeks Intel says no the GOI does not have to be seated.

I believe this 100%.

And who's intel is that? Just asking, so don't get upset.

I 100% believe, that Maliki has to implement the power sharing, before we see the RV.

You know it's a funny thing. Randy K, has lived by saying the Power Sharing has to me implemented by Maliki, before we see the RV. He has said on a number of occasions that a window looked really good for the RV, but we had to see this happen first. Well the Power Sharing has not been implemented, and we have not seen the RV.

Now on the flip side. The intel you are tailing about from the gurus you are tailing about, have given every drop dead date under the sun that it had to happen by, but those have all come to pass. The intel from the gurus that you talk about have given every reason this should have happened, " algorithm, bank screens, RV in Kuwait, contractors being paid, different cash ins around the world, UST taxes, Maliki coming to the states at the fist of December and had to have an RV, cakes been in the oven, baby being born and could see the crown of the head, bell rang, and couldn't be unrung, Us banks calling people to set up cash in appts., memos going to all banks for the last year telling them to get ready, UST people working over the holidays to watch the rate work it's way through the system,

JUST TO NAME A FEW FROM THAT INTEL LIST.

Now czinzer, I am not disrespecting you, but why would you even point to this kind of intel that you have been hearing over the last 2 weeks. It's never been right in the past, so what makes you think it;'s just magically going to be right now?? just asking.

Seems to me the ONLY thing we have not seen is Maliki give up his power and implement the Power Sharing Agreement. Yes, he has agreed to it, but hasn't officially implemented it. So just sit back and wait for that to happen, and BINGO!!
