the memorandom of understanding that dan and tony are talking about that must be completed buy 12/31is hard to find butt did find something on a trust fund that has a completion date at this time I was hopeing that viper the one that found this memorandom would have given us a link if anyone would like to see whaat I have found just message me or I will give you a link??

i also see the dec 31st noted,also saw mention in okie post,could someone what is bettar edukated then me shed a little illumination to aforementioned date.

A year or two ago I saw a mou to the IMF which laid out Iraq's plan of how they were going to get themselves back to a influential country. I don't know if anyone knows what I'm talking about. Most of the mou was economic legal ease. But there was one sentence in it that if you weren't careful u would have read right over it. It said once these things had been accomplished they would revalue their currency.

I have saved the 12-31-11 Doc My wife has to get a newsletter out using the computer but I will try to go over it and report back. It is almost 300 pages long. so I am sure it will take some time. If it does state a date for the RV deadline we should be able to find it with time..... any help on where it is would help....

It stated at that point we will revaluate the currency. Meaning when all of the things they had outlined in there memorandum had been met.

I've been looking for an hour and can't find it. But it was there a few years ago. I assure you. That's why I'm still here. Much like the rest of you.

It's not unambiguous and crystal clear to me. Where does it say RECAPITALIZATION OF THE IQD MUST OCCUR NO LATER THAN 12/31/11????? Mad

I did manage to go thru a small portion of the doc listed as

and as it was very interesting I could not find any date of said deadline,it could be in the pages i have yet to review but I have to assume this is not where the 12-31-11 date came from.

If anyone has more to add please read the first 20 pages and then comment, reason..... it is from the UN and very straight foward ...... start at the Overview information on the left of the page and then go to the bottom left and download the 12-31-11 portion of the included docs and read the 20 pages of introduction and go from there...........
