AJ Anderson Class:

Class 1: Asset Protection 101

This class is designed to assist you in your decisions in what steps to take with asset protection and teach the uses of each artificial entity and why. In this class you will be given a directive to assist you in how many, what type, where to file the entities and structure for your particular needs. Also, included in this class, will be the answers to the question of double taxation and how to avoid that problem and how to create certain tax deductions along the way.

This will be an interactive class, with certain research assignments, that will be asked of each registered participant; so that you can be certain that what you are doing within your asset protection structure is legal. There will be an advance class in the future.

Time of registration cut off and the starting of these classes above mentioned will be determined by participation and interest and will be announced at a later time.

There “may or may not be costs” associated with these classes, such as purchasing certain materials and books from sources, such as book stores or from the class provider at your option or when free down loads are not available on the internet.

No, I was not offended and I hear what you are saying about the other sites. I will not be personally offering any products for sale. I will only be teaching the secrets of the rich and you will have the responsibility of deciding which asset protection system that works for you and finding the company that best works for you. I will be making recomemdations. AJ

I have not choosen a format as of yet and certainly Skype is in the considerations. i am also thinking about using the phone system and cc. I would prefer you to use email, that way I can file the email under a category for the class, where I can not do that with a PM. Please send me "NO" personal information. AJ

As for my credentials, they are really not relevant for what I will be sharing. The first presentation will be about time management. In this, there will be nothing that you can get in trouble with. The second presentation will be a book study. I have not made my first million so I am not qualified to teach, but I can guide an interactive study. Once I see what interest there is in what I am offering, I can select the best media and format. It is alright if you want to contact me by PM, however my messages always fill up quickly. For me, the email option from my profile works best.

I have a few interested and may soon close my registration and get started in time management.

What I saw in your resume was life experience. I like that. I have dealt with lots of people who have the knowledge but do a poor job of applying it.The first lawyer I used to set up my trusts knew it all but just couldn't get it done. I found another and it was done quickly.

Thanks Hezekia, I teach a lot from life experience as well. The mechanics of trusts and trust writing is pretty easy in my opinion, but the operations can get a little complicated, but similar to running a corporation, where trusts have more protections over corps. AJ

Seventh Principle

Love it! This is things I try to express to people all the time that need to pick theirselves back up. I am no professional by no means, just alot of reading and self experiences. I also took classes in college.

You can call a trust whatever you like, but there is only one type of trust that will completely shield you from creditors and lawsuits and you cannot file them here in the US. All trusts and entities are discoverable, its wether or not they can be peirced, at what price and weight of the evidence. AJ

The trust you mention below is a great way to protect assets. Some of these trusts use LLCs to hold the assets for the SPA trust. The LLC must be filed somewhere which will show what entity owns it, then the questioning starts. The big problem bankruptcy trustees and creditors have is piercing it. And that will not happen. An SPA trust is a great asset protection tool when used off shore, especailly filed in a certain country. Also, some states have the same protections, but one thing that is overcoming here in America is we are still subject to the courts.
