Rate - higher than expected. What was excepted you ask? $7-$8
8:33 PM So right now looking at $8+ USD - Ok that is all I can say!
8:33 PM Now - DATE - right?
8:34 PM OK - from what I was told by more than one reliable person - we should be at the bank......
8:34 PM First part of this week!!! 8:36 PM So - I would not put that out if I did not have several confirms from my guys over seas.
8:38 PM So High rate - Early next week! Hope that helps!
