HowCalculate RV rate

When I'm on th CBI home page, how do I calculate the RV rate so I can multiply my Dinar times that number to determine how rich(or broke I am?
On CBI I see the sell rate of 1170000 and the buy rate of 1168000.i think the present rate is $.85 USD Am Correct? How is this rate calculated?

I believe the present rate is .00085 Dinar to USD. Take your total Dinar holdings and divide by 1170 (approx) and you will have your USD value.

The equation to calculate the USD value is:
1/RATE= $USD
So right now its 1/1170 = $.00085
