12-15-2011 Guru Hammerman they signed off on the erbil today, did the 3rd readings today, it all over. yall hear about it mid next week, my guys in parliment called today...all 3 said its done.

It's 2041, and as I am helped out of bed by my nurse, I grab my walker and by lunchtime make it to my old computer. I log onto Okie's Great Grandson's site and log on. I notice that Iraq has finally said "We're sorry" to Kuwait....to which they reply'd "that's NOT good enough".
I sigh, grab my respirator, and drink my lunch through a straw. I remind myself that "this IS Iraq after all"....things move s l o w there....
Later, my attorney shows up to redo my will. "There's nothing left for your family revenue, you've spent your life's fortune on reserves".
"Nothing?" I ask
"Well, you do have two reserves with 9 days remaining on them" he says.
GOOD!!!! I'm sure there's STILL TIME FOR AN RV!!!!!!!!!!
I sigh, grab my respirator, and drink my lunch through a straw. I remind myself that "this IS Iraq after all"....things move s l o w there....
Later, my attorney shows up to redo my will. "There's nothing left for your family revenue, you've spent your life's fortune on reserves".
"Nothing?" I ask
"Well, you do have two reserves with 9 days remaining on them" he says.

said a member of the Commission on oil and energy in the Iraqi Council of Representatives and the National Alliance MP Furat al-Shara, said his committee began reading the draft law of oil and gas, are also proposed, out of a unified bill and present it to Parliament.
Shara said in a statement to the site (Khandan): The Committee on Oil and gas parliamentary started yesterday to read the differences between the draft law of oil and gas, sent in February (2007), with a proposed law presented by the number of members of the House of Representatives, which has been read such as reading the first and objected to a number of deputies (in reference to the coalition of state law) , as approved by the Kurdistan Alliance it.
He said a member of the Commission on oil and energy: that the committee be newly differences between the project and the proposal by reading the two together, and handle all the different articles, and then combined the two and get out a unified bill to be put to parliament for approval, adding that dealing with differences and differences by take more than two or three.
