(FREEWAY BILL): Meetings in DC went well today and we are waiting to see what the meetings between Biden and Iraq officials ended up with...

BIDEN WAS TO BE IN CHICAGO FOR THE FUNERAL OF MAYOR DALEYS WIFE. HE WAS NOT SCHEDULED TO LEAVE FOR IRAQ UNTIL NOV. 29TH AND VERY WELL MIGHT BE DELAYED ONE DAY BECAUSE OF THE UNEXPECTED FUNERAL.

In my humble opinion, I don't care if Joe Biden moves to Iraq - his visit there has nothing to do with the RV. It has to do with the troop withdrawal and safety issues for training and embassy assigned military personnel that will be remaining in Iraq. Below is the article about Biden's visit. There is nothing in this article that would lend itself to believing Biden is there to facilitate the RV. So, if you are all a-twitter 'bout Biden being in Iraq and hanging your hat on the RV happening because of this I fear you are setting yourself up for one more bitter disappointment. The RV may happen according to all the "gurus" but it won't be because of Joe Biden. If he was there to talk about financial issues the article would say so. Ain't happening! Please note - the article says Biden is to visit within 48 hours - so the article posted today does not mean he is even there yet. Biden is just trying to make himself relevant.

Baghdad, November 28 (QNA) -The US Vice President Joseph Biden is to visit Iraq within 48 hours. Sources of the Iraqi cabinet said that Biden will have talks with President Jalal Talbani, Prime Minister Noori Al Malki and other officials on the US troop withdrawal from Iraq and legal protection for US military trainers who will remain after the withdrawal as well as future of relations between Washington and Baghdad.
