I just came home from the Grand Canyon,it was sunny and warm over there(48F) and it is sunny and warm(49F) here in Las Vegas right now,if the RV is announced whilst AJ is in Detroit it will be "sunny and warm" over there too,in fact it will be summer time ALL OVER Dinarville,and probably forever Yubba-Dubba -Doo!

IMO a delay would have more to do with the Islamic New Year.
Iraq's banks are closed till Monday I heard. Is that right?
What better way for them to start a new year and a new way of life.
