11-18-2011 BWM CBI can update at any time... it's a manual event...the CBI has opened on a saturday... but if you think about it... it's not necessary...they won't be trading currency...their currency will just have "more value".

Not sure this is entirely true. The value of a currency is based upon the buying/selling rate as set by the issuing agency, which in this case is the Central Bank of Iraq! So once the CBI sells some Dinar at a rate of X, then subsequent buyers and sellers (banks, institutions etc) can sell the Dinar at "X plus a small percentage."
