this[Agent 007] Historian - outlining the process of the RV
[Agent 007] the question over the last several weeks:
[Agent 007] where are we in the RV??
[Agent 007] all of the different communications we are receiving
[Agent 007] all of that fits in a particular process
[Agent 007] in the overall timeline
[Agent 007] of the RV
[Agent 007] every initiative has a process
[Agent 007] a few examples that have happened along the timeline of the strategy
[Agent 007] you don't see something towards the end of the RV or after the RV
[Agent 007] when you are at the beginning of it
[Agent 007] like when you hear it is happening tomorrow and then it didn't happen
[Agent 007] it will give you the comfort that we are very close to the RV vs. far away from it
[Agent 007] The GET Team Round Table This week, we will continue our current question: Where are we in the RV? We will consider in greater depth a topic we have discussed before – “What do all the different types of communications -- intel, articles, misinformation, stories, etc. -- tell us about where we are in the RV process?”
[Agent 007] Different types of communications happen at specific times in the process. A few examples are: 1. Information that Educates (or . . . misinformation that Confuses) - Example: What is this RV initiative? (or . . . What it is not!) - Timeline: Starts early on in the initiative, and keeps going 2. Information that Tests the Operating Model, Policies, and Processes - Example: How should we handle cash-in, taxes, people reinvesting the RV proceeds, etc. - Timeline: Starts mid-timeline; should finish before they prepare for the RV (Starting Gate) 3. Information that Announces Start-Up and key details (or . . . misinformation that disguises it!) - Example: What is the rate, date, or proximity to the RV (Starting Gate)? - Timeline: Start of preparation right through to the RV (Starting Gate) 4. Information that is PR for the Public . . . explains the “front story”, crowns the “champions” - Example: Who takes credit for the RV strategy, for making it all happen, etc.? - Timeline: Right before to anytime after the RV (Starting Gate)

[Agent 007] We would talk about how we would go about doing a "cash inn"

[Agent 007] the 3rd thing - the misinformation that disguises

[Agent 007] the reason we hear different info is that they are disguising the rate and date
[Agent 007] we are getting the disguise - misinformation
[Agent 007] system updates, software update
[Agent 007] working on system and ready
[Agent 007] and then again same thing
[Agent 007] so many currencies
[Agent 007] and then change # of currencies
[Agent 007] sometimes actual
[Agent 007] sometimes misinformation
[Agent 007] the info and intel is one thing
[Agent 007] if doesn't happen that way
[Agent 007] the fact that it is dominating
[Agent 007] and that we are being fed that
[Agent 007] tells us that we are really close to the RV
[Agent 007] the last thing that is so exciting
[Agent 007] the PR for the public
[TamRon400] finally.. The information that is the PR
[Agent 007] explaining the "story" they want to put out
[Agent 007] "gee who is going to get the credit for this"
[TamRon400] the story they plan on putting out, who is going to get the credit
[Agent 007] hearing stories

[Agent 007] without this problem getting fixed, stories mixing up who is what, etc.
[TamRon400] the more you hear, the closer you are
[Agent 007] taking credit for it
[TamRon400] they want you to remember who
[Agent 007] political reasons for them to make you think they were the ones that helped you get this[TamRon400] "helped" you get it

[Agent 007] Rodney - there will be a lot of questions
[Agent 007] that was a lot of information
[Agent 007] most of the questions are you are making a conspiracy theory assumption that the chatrooms were the guinea pigs in this process
[Agent 007] some may not understand or swallow that conclusion
[Agent 007] based on a few things or her feelings...
[Agent 007] Historian - this is standard process
[Agent 007] in any organization (going through a transformation)
[Agent 007] to bring it down in scale - like downsizing, changing products, systems, etc.
[Agent 007] this is part of what happens
[Agent 007] the role of the communications strategists
[Agent 007] encompass this entire area
[Agent 007] they lay out a grid
[Agent 007] who are the "stake holders"
[Agent 007] everyone impacted in this in any way
[Agent 007] how they can affect how it is executed
[Agent 007] we are all stake holders in this investment
[Agent 007] we are a p[art of the equation
[Agent 007] it makes absolute sense
[Agent 007] we are a big part of this
[Agent 007] Rodney - if you don't believe that this entire world (no matter where you live)
[Agent 007] you are being marketed
[Agent 007] TV, radio, ads, billboards, etc.
[Agent 007] the census
[Agent 007] everything going on
[Agent 007] Google - largest source of statistical data
[Agent 007] they market
[Agent 007] age, race, s e x, marital status, mental status, insurance, etc.
[Agent 007] they will know how we will react
[Agent 007] if not they will tilt it to see how we will react
[Agent 007] this is not any different than anything else going on in this world
[TamRon400] Nothing to do with conspiracy
[Agent 007] Public organizations do this a lot (Historian)
[Agent 007] like the IMF, the World Bank, etc. - viewed by everybody in the world
[Agent 007] they need to be shown in a certain way
[Agent 007] everybody except in this investment has people from all areas involved and at the table
[Agent 007] sometimes they attempt to push things through as they wish
[Agent 007] that includes the public stake holders
[Agent 007] incase of this RV they are not wanting to tell people about it
[Agent 007] there are things, though, that they need to find out
[Agent 007] about this investment
[Agent 007] we became, for the people driving this RV, the test pilot
[Agent 007] communications strategist or guiding people
[Agent 007] they have to go out and interview people, talk to people, in groups, etc.
[TamRon400] for this all they have to do is monitor chat rooms
[Agent 007] here they just sit and scour the chat rooms and forums of the dinar sites
[TamRon400] tons of info for little effort
[Agent 007] just listen to all and find out everything and feed that back to the PTB

[Agent 007] have seen people in chat questioning this
[Agent 007] but it is true

[Agent 007] clarifying first and foremost
[Agent 007] the GET Team - we aren't trying to be a guinea pig website
[Agent 007] there may have been some sites purposely set up for that
[Agent 007] anytime your son or daughter purchased a video game

[Agent 007] just so that people will visit those sites for them to make money
[TamRon400] if you type in Iraqi dinar in Google it will bring up the chat sites
[Agent 007] they can easily connect with Google
[TamRon400] all the info you can want
[TamRon400] you feel sheepish that you are one of the tests
[Agent 007] you may feel sheepish that you are one of a part of a 'test'
[Agent 007] what is great is that we are so close
[Agent 007] I know I have said that a year or so ago
[Agent 007] the only thing you can do is treat this as a long-term investment
[Agent 007] every article Rodney is reading - like the one Historian discussed today - talked about dropping the 3 zero's but it went further

[Agent 007] the negative articles begets negative nellies
[Agent 007] there is nothing to worry about
[Agent 007] Rodney has discussed with Steve and Terry and now Bluwolf, Bluedog and Historian

[Agent 007] when they talk about dropping these 3 zeros it is in country only
[Agent 007] they are doing the PR work
[Agent 007] giving us more pieces of the puzzle
[Agent 007] the way they want it to go

[Agent 007] they had a game plan
[Agent 007] always did
[Agent 007] and are implementing it
[Agent 007] you don't start and prepare for a football game with 1 day of practice
[Agent 007] a corporate or a country or the whole world
[Agent 007] they have to prepare for so many pieces
[TamRon400] they have to prepare for so many obstacles
[Agent 007] everybody has to be ok with it
[TamRon400] a lot of little pieces to the puzzle
[Agent 007] we are at the threshold
[Agent 007] don't get hung up on 2013
[TamRon400] the 2013 that is to get the large notes out
[Agent 007] that is the timeline to remove the larger denoms
[Agent 007] if our economy used 500, 1K, 5K, 10K, 25K notes because our dollar was so low and then the economy now is so much
better, then you would automatically remove the larger denoms
[Agent 007] the steps leading up to this RV is most crucial
[Agent 007] there is a lot that people can add to this
[Agent 007] Historian - the timing of lop articles - the old ones stated it will lop -- the later ones recently talking about it as a removal of 3 zeros
[Agent 007] the describes how this will help the economy
[Agent 007] that is them preparing the Iraqi citizens on what will happen when the RV occurs
[Agent 007] the other thing to pay attention to
[Agent 007] who are they focused on?
[Agent 007] some of the articles are intended for the Iraqi public
[Agent 007] not intended for the world
[Agent 007] look at who the article is actually for
[Agent 007] these articles - these are the kinds of details they would want to put out before the RV

[Agent 007] Historian and I spoke earlier today about questions in systems and processes and software that would be the culprit again.
[Agent 007] if it is well in the stage that Historian explained
[Agent 007] they may try different parts
[Agent 007] it was starker to John on what is happening
[Agent 007] system software lifecycle
[Agent 007] the software at this point will not be leading the RV
[Agent 007] the systems are locked in placed

[Agent 007] nothing on the IT side can change the outcome of the RV

[Agent 007] that essentially tells us they have finished that stage
[Agent 007] that was the mid timeline prior to RV
[kktwahoo] Tells us they have finished that phase - about midtime of RV
[Agent 007] at the starting gate of the RV they aren't doing that anymore

[kktwahoo] When they are at RV starting gate they are NOT going that stuff again
[Agent 007] Comsec - when they move to the stage we are at now
[Agent 007] those screens look different
[Agent 007] Historian - we are probably getting info and misinformation
[kktwahoo] Ready to RV - streams look different - seeing production system
[kktwahoo] all the instructions about how to do the RV
[Agent 007] in this case because they are hiding it from us
[Agent 007] they are giving us more misinformation
[Agent 007] that is very accurate (Comsec)

[kktwahoo] We hear key things that are finished - we know this is disinformation but we are very close
[Agent 007] Historian - has looked at that quite a bit

[kktwahoo] makes no sense to her or to Comsec
[Agent 007] doesn't understand that there would be any issues or problems anymore
[kktwahoo] communication and equipment talking to them - not rocket science for software now
[Agent 007] the code for software (135-150 currencies) by John - just a nominal number of changes
[Agent 007] probably just entering a new number in a field
[kktwahoo] new number into field and it will populate system
[Agent 007] the grid or spreadsheet is already set
[Agent 007] the code behind it is still there
[Agent 007] the algorithm are still there
[Agent 007] not rocket science

What the real hold up: laws they need to vote on....the pressure is strong....if they don't do this CBI will move ahead anyway.
