Unless Kuwait RV's to $8-$9, it ain't going to happen. I know happywelshguy wants some proof, and that's not going to happen either. IMO, since Iraq and Kuwait are going to be sharing the big port at Mubarick, look for their rates to be PTC, which stands for pretty darn close..

Although i want $8 and $9 dollars i just don't see it...but who knows...go rv!

I have heard numbers as high as $11 ... and low as .10 ... I'll be happy with what comes ... but not gonna hold my breath ... I'd be looking like Papa Smurf by now if I did! Sleep

or maybe pushing up :flower: but when it comes I have my happy dance ready! happydance
