Yes you actually are. This entire Story is based off the farmers way back. Very interesting story when you find it from front to back.

The Farm Claims have always been tied with all of the Global Settlements. They were supposed to be paid first. Once that happened, the rest of the GS were to be paid with the RV in quick succession...VERY quick succession.

It would have been helpful if Peter3 would have posted a little more info of explanation as to why he was listing the YouTube link. Not all of us know all about the Global Settlements saga, etc., etc. Thank you Ghosthunter for shedding a little light on the matter for me.

You're most welcome, Starship1. Unfortunately, there isn't too much more that those of us who are involved in these programs can tell you because we have had and will have to again sign a very strict non-disclosure agreement.
The Farm Claims are a little more transparent, though. They were suits filed some time that, in a nutshell, claimed that African-American farmers (and others) had been illegally overlooked by several government agencies in consideration of, I believe, programs that would have been very beneficial to them. Sorry that I don't have more specifics about it. I read about it a long time ago, but I know that as of last fall, the Attorney Generals' office was authorized to pay the claims.
