Most shysters, grifters, and con men have to be nimble and bounce from one scheme to another. Law enforcement usually steps in fairly quickly to shut down Ponzi schemes and other con games, the federal government notwithstanding.

However, Tony the Tick seems to have found the spot behind the dog's ear that he can't scratch and has been happily bilking the desperate and ignorant for about fifteen years. He did go to prison for wire fraud, but has more than made up for it with the Dinar Revaluation hoax.

The Renfrow duo has hidden their calls from the ridicule and mockery of the world by creating a "special" chat forum instead of asking for donations for free calls. The empty promise, of course, is that these special people (read loser) will be first in line to cash in BIG when the mythical currency finally revalues.

Tony boosts his donation cycles by claiming imminent "windows" of opportunity for the unicorn to appear, but sadly never does. Just in normal math, he does this about 10 times a year, meaning he is quickly approaching 150 times without the slightest result. Pretty dismal odds in anyone's book. Most businesses would have gone broke with this type of record, but Phony Tony chugs right on with the donations he receives. 

Little Ray, who received a music degree from a small agricultural college, is the sidekick every performer needs in his show.  Trot in the Bus Lady, Mahjong Lady, Dumbass in Dallas, the G Man pumper and the other pumps Tony throws in, and its entertainment hour with a few innuendos about the dinar revaluation right around the corner. 

What is really sad is that no government agency has stepped in to stop this baloney.  Priorities I suppose.
