This is my first post since following the Iraqi Dinar for over 2 years, I have great info, My friend works in the oil field right outside of Bagdad..He is a supervisor on a military protected oil field.. He told me the Dinar has RV as of today July 18, 2011... The reason he knows this today, This morning he went to the bank buy escort in Bagdad...He said at the front entrance of the bank they had a sign up that read" NEW IRAQI DINAR RATE" As of July 18th, 2011. Rate was $ 4.40.

Hello, He did not send me a picture... He is a 63 year old male.. That has worked in the Oil field for over 30 years..He worked in Southern Louisiana for over 27 years before getting the job offer in IRAQ.. I have know him over 20 years..He would have no reason to lie!!! I email him about the Dinar about once a week..He always writes me back saying...Just be patient..It will happen ..But it most likley will take years...Then I get this strong email from him today...So.. We Shall See..

Thanks for the update Fpark121. Not bashing, questioning your source or being negative...just raising a question....

If the Dinar has indeed RV'd.. then why isn't the new rate showing up on Central Bank of Iraq website and why are places like DinarBanker.com still selling dinar? If the RV has happened - anyplace selling Dinar at old rate would be losing a ton of money.

I can't speak for anyone else but I'm getting off the "Rate/Date" rollercoaster.. It's too painful emotionally and I just can't take it anymore. TheCallSquad.com does an excellent job (in my humble opinion) each night reviewing articles that relate to dinar and the economic development of Iraq. No Rate/Date promises.. just discussion about what is happening each day in Iraq as reported in articles. You can do what you want - that's your business - I'm going to 1) listen to thecallsquad.com each night 2) check the central bank of Iraq website for the new rate and 3)wait until the RV happens.. not get caught up chasing a Rate/Date. And that's my 2 cents..

MY DAD IS 83 AND HE KNOWS HOW TO TAKE PIC AND SEND VIA EMAIL....MOST PEOPLE 63 CAN DO THE SAME

I doubt if anybody really knows this fpark121. He became a member yesterday from what I can tell. And has 2 post. neither which I could find.

fpark121 posted first in the thread "Dinar Guru(s) Updates July 17th, 2011 07:52 am" which was started by Diva, on this site. and he/she just posrt what he/she's friend reported to him/her. A question was asked if it was possible to get a photo, thus hi/her answer, then apparently is was reposted on dinarecaps, then repost as a new thread in back here. Around and around we go.

Simple way to fix confusion, read all of what you might want to repost, nt just everything, saves time and space.

And I too have a no idea on posting or emailing photos, got to get a kid, I'm just dumb I guess.
