This guy has been on PTR for a long time. Don't know if his sources are good. He told one time that his name
stands for, his helmet in battle for God and purple is God's color. GooooooooooooRV/Rate

I think Purplehelmet is an emergency room doctor... He got his name because when he was treating and saving the soldiers they would give him their purple badges and he would afix them to his helmet and thus the name purplehelmet...
He doesn't have much time, so he doesn't post very often..

The rate will be what it is, no more, no less.
But as I look at ALL the currencies in the world, none, nada, zip, zero are over $4.00 to the USD, So why would the IQD RV over that? Odds are, it won't.
